Founder Story
Leilani Raashida Henry
Leilani Raashida Henry, M.A., empowers leaders and teams to unlock their full potential by becoming more strategic, engaged, and accountable. Through experiential processes, she delivers rapid, impactful solutions to complex challenges, sparking innovation and helping individuals and organizations embody their highest aspirations. Leilani believes, “What could be slowing your momentum is all in your head and body—literally.” As a licensed Educational Kinesiology Consultant, she specializes in mental fitness and whole-brain integration, bridging the gap between intuition and logic. She works with issues that affect energy and vitality, heart-brain-body connection, relationship building and work-life balance.
Her journey as a healer began in college. Intrigued by raw food and the mind-body connection, she studied with Dr. Ann Wigmore of Hippocrates Health Institute and Dr. Aaron Flickstein (who’s mentor is Dr. Deepak Chopra). As a life-long performer and dancer, Leilani knows the importance, first hand, of mind-body connection and brain integration for optimal health and wellness.
A sought-after keynote speaker, executive coach, and leadership consultant, Leilani has worked with clients across academia, Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. She is the author of The Call of Antarctica: Exploring and Protecting Earth’s Coldest Continent, as well as, numerous book chapters and articles. Recognized for her thought leadership, Leilani was awarded a fellowship from Regis University’s Institute on the Common Good for her groundbreaking work in workplace creativity, communication, and the mind-body connection. She has developed innovative tools that equip 21st-century leaders to seamlessly integrate energy, information, and transformative results.
